When you arrive at Kings Veterinary Hospital, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists.    We will have a new client form for you to fill out and will ask you for your pet’s medical records.   If you do not have a copy of their records, please have the name and phone number of your previous veterinarian so that we can make sure that our records are accurate and up to date.   We keep exceptionally thorough notes so the more information you can provide us, the better.   While you are filling out your paperwork, we will get your records copied and organized.   Please allow approximately 15 minutes for this process (it is best to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow the most efficient check in process).  

If you would prefer to save some time, please fill out our New Client Registration Form here on our website.  Feel free to scan it and send it to us as an email attachment (Please include the date and time of your appointment).   You can have your previous veterinary records faxed to us prior to your appointment as well.   Our fax number is 513-697-9015.   Please ask that the date and time of your pet’s appointment be written on the front page of the records.  
Once all of the formal stuff is out of the way, we will escort you and your pet to an exam room.   We have magazines and photo albums available for your enjoyment.   In some cases an assistant will touch base with you to verify any information in the records, ask you questions about your pet’s health or medications, and to go over any recommendations that we have regarding preventive health care. 
So when do you get the meet the doctor?   Right about now!   One of our compassionate and knowledgeable doctors will meet with you and your pet.   One of the things that sets Kings Vet Hospital apart, is that we allow more time for an exam than most hospitals.   Why do we do this?   We want to connect with our clients.   We want to make sure we answer all of your questions.   We want you to have a personalized experience.   We will make sure we spend as much time with you and your pet as is needed.    Before we proceed with treatment, feel free to ask for an estimate for the cost of services.  We are more than happy to provide that for you and want to make sure that we are all on the same page.  We will always do our best to offer you the gold standard of care and still let you know when there are other viable options available.

Could not have asked for a better outcome. My dog has had chronic bad breath for years. After taking her to several other vets and getting nowhere after operations, these guys have fixed her right up! Affordable and were quick to get my dog in and taken care of. If there were more than 5 stars they would certainly be getting them!
